Why can’t we just make the move…say the thing…make the choice?

We feel stifled and like we’re drowning and can barely breathe yet reaching for…anything.

Getting lost in the loop of feeling like,
I SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO THIS!??! Why can’t I just do      ! 
Why can’t I just feel                  ?!?!
Why can’t I just ask for what I want? What I…need?
Why can’t I just stand up and have a voice?
Why do I freeze when I get in front of ___?!
Why do I fight for everyone else…but not myself?

…our soul quietly being nibbled away…day by day…piece by piece

We start busying ourselves with things that are easy for us.
Burying ourselves in all the other things.

Getting absorbed by other people’s issues. Trying to help everyone else.
We shop. We binge. We get lost in analyzing instead of DOING.
We start cleaning out the closets in a frenzy because this is ‘suddenly’ of GREAT urgency! 
We feel like we’re accomplishing something. We’re helping.
We’re getting rid of things that don’t serve us any longer.

We’re so damn busy! Where is the TIME for anything else?

US HUMANS. WE ARE BRILLIANT DISTRACTORS.

These are NOT the things bubbling up and stopping us from taking the real action we KNOW is going to move the needle.

The hidden things stopping us.

Pulling us back.

Keeping us in our place.

Whispering, “Avoid conflict at any cost.”

I’ve been there! I KNOW this space of,

I’M EFFING EXHAUSTED.

I’M SO TIRED OF THIS.

MAYBE IT’S JUST NOT FOR ME?!?!

MAYBE THIS IS A SIGN. GIVE ME A SIGN, GOD! A BRIGHT, NEON, GIGANTIC FRICKIN’ SIGN!

THIS IS TOO MUCH. I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.

And we either put the thing off for another day, another year, or give up on it completely.

Then we see something that reminds us we’re in the s-a-m-e place as last year. Two years ago. Five year ago??!!

Head in hands…we feel a punch in the gut and a stab in the heart. Yet say,

This package is 3 sessions where we will get laser focused on where you're stuck and what's causing it. We're not stopping there! This is about getting unstuck. We will identify what needs to be done and clear the obstacles to moving forward.
